There is a new viral movement on the web. It is to get Betty White on SNL - as a host! And why hasn’t she been on there? Lady is hella funny! Especially compared to some recent hosts, i.e. Megan Fox. If you want to join the movement you can. There is a page on Facebook for it. Check it out at Betty White to Host SNL (please?)!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Charter. All opinions are 100% mine.
When I lived with my parents years ago dial up was pretty much the only internet access option where we lived. It was what most people had at the time actually. You know, high speed internet was not all the rage back then. Well, where they live is kind of out in country on a lot of land. Guess what that means? For the longest time they have had to keep that super slow dial up access. Ugh, right? Well, DSL is the new dial up for them now. Their phone company finally got it to their area. And guess what, for some of you DSL may have been the new dial up for some time now and you may have been looking for something that is a wee bit faster. Well, if that is the case why not stop waiting and get going! Get going with Charter high speed internet access that is. Once you get that sweet high speed web access you will be so loving Charter that you will seek out Charter’s Facebook page just to become a fan. So, what are you waiting for? Get in touch with Charter today to get that high speed access now!

Did you watch the Grammy awards tonight? Is it just me, or did they hardly give away any awards? What was up with that? And why did Taylor Swift sound so bad? Poor Stevie Nicks! And I can’t believe that Taylor beat Lady Gaga for the album of the year.

Did you watch the “Hope for Haiti” telethon? I was traveling and missed part of it. I think I came it right before Shakira started performing. Based on what I saw, she was one of the best ones. I also really enjoyed Madonna’s performance. And Justin Timeberlake’s. It really made me wish that he actually sang more often!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Allison Maslan, author of “Blast Off!”. All opinions are 100% mine.
Have you been struggling lately when it comes to putting your dreams into reality? It be a bit harder than it seems eh? Well, why not just Blast Off! with that dream! There is a new book of the same name that can help you do just that. It is available on Amazon, at Barnes and Noble and other book stores and book store web sites. The list price of the book is only $24. But guess what? It is selling for even less on Amazon right now! In fact, it is less than $18 on there as I write this. The launch date of the book was January 19th, 2010, which was yesterday. It is a motivational book written by a life coach. She show you how you can create the life of your dreams. You learn that you do not have to be stuck in an unfulfilling career or life plan. In fact, you can take those dreams and hopes that you have for yourself and work towards achieving them faster than you first thought possible. It seems like a great book and one that I would like to apply to my own life. What about you guys?

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Hiltons of Branson. All opinions are 100% mine.
If you know me in person then you know that I love, love, love to travel! But one of the places that I have never been to, even though I have friends that have gone and loved it, is Branson, Missouri. It seems like a kind of cool place. I mean, they have lots and lots of shows there, including some dinner theater. And there is supposed to be some great shopping and places to eat in Branson - especially around the Branson Landing area. And you know what is even better? That there are two really nice Hilton hotels in Branson - and those of you that know me already know how much I love staying at Hilton hotels (with my fave one being the Universal Hilton in Los Angeles). So, the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing has a great location right there at Branson Landing. You can walk out of your hotel and be right there in the middle of all of the fun. And the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel is of course located by the convention center. And these are great hotels to check out for Valentine’s Day! They have a Romance Package where you get in-room sparkling wine or cider upon arrival, access to the hotel health club, pool and whirlpool spa, a full American breakfast for two in your room, and loads more. How cool is that? Check it out for yourself!
