So, the young people seem to be behind Obama.

I read something the other day about how race seems like a bigger thing than gender. By that, I mean that they think it is more monumental for a black person to be running for office than a female.

Why is this?

It must be because they are under the impression that women have more rights than black people.

The truth is that they are just young and naive. They do see how little rights women have. They don’t recognize that most of the things that they do day in and day out are a direct result of the fact that as young women that they have less rights.
