If you are like me then you go to see a lot of concerts and things at the theater. Of course, there are times in the past when I have bought tickets to an event and then not been able to go and had to scramble to try to get rid of them without taking a total loss on the cost of the tickets. And there have been some times when I have known well in advance that I would not be able to use the tickets that I had for a play or a concert.
