Movies lacking strong female characters, still

I went to the movies last weekend. I went to see The Dark Knight. I also looked to see what else was out. Wow. What a lack of strong female characters. And you know what the sad part is? No one really seems to care. There is no uproar. There aren’t even any rumblings.
