John McCain surprised a lot of people by picking Alaska governor Sarah Palin to be his running mate for this election. And a lot of us were left to wonder - who is Sarah Palin?

Well, she is the first female governor of Alaska. She is a mother of five. Palin is a card-carrying member of the NRA. Palin is pro-life and anti-gay marriage. She is all for drilling for oil in Alaska.

Palin is also a member of the group Feminists for Life. They are the largest pro-life feminist organization.

Palin is a proponent of Creationism being taught in schools.

So, who is Sarah Palin? She is a person that I would not want running the country if John McCain wins the election and ends up with some health ailments.
