Apparently anxiety levels may help elderly women live longer. Yet the same is not true for men.
Some findings:
A team at the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University followed 1,000 seniors in three Florida retirement communities for up to 15 years.
They found that women with higher levels of anxiety at the start of the study lived longer than others. Year-to-year changes in anxiety levels didn’t appear to affect women’s survival, either.
In contrast to women, men with higher anxiety levels at the start of the study were more likely to die earlier, the researchers said.

Wow, talk about crazy weather. Here it is the middle of May. And it is supposed to be 43 degrees here this weekend. That is so many shades of wrong. I mean, seriously, it should be spring temps by now!

Have you head the good news? There is going to be a Lilith Fair tour this year. I am so excited. I went to see one of their concerts last tour. That was like 10 years ago though.
