Are you eating what you should be?

December 10th, 2008 Shawna

It seems to me that a lot of women out there are not eating right. I mean think about it. Think of all the moms out there that are doing a million things at once. I bet they are not taking time to make sure that they are eating the essential nutrients you should be eating. Sure, I bet they are making sure their kids are eating right. But what about them?

And what about people that are workaholics? They are so busy working that they eat what is fast. And that is not what is always healthy!

Here is something scary. Apparently use of talcum powder has been linked to ovarian cancer.

According to a study published in the Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention journal, women who use talcum powder around their genital areas are 40% more likely to develop ovarian cancer. 3,000 women were analyzed in the study. The risk of ovarian cancer for those who used talcum powder once a week was found to be 36%, while those using it every day the risk went up to 41%.

Yikes.
