Kelly Clarkson is often being talked about because of her weight. Finally she has something to say about it. She is tired of the “fat joke.” She says that she loves her body. And she should!
She also addressed rumors about her sexuality. Her quote:
“The rumors are not helping me on the dating front!” she said. “I prefer the boys. I’m extremely flattered when I do get hit on by girls, and I think it’s hot, but I’m not into it. I like boys.”

This weekend marks the final performances of Always, Patsy Cline at the Ryman. If you have not seen it yet then you need to go! It stars Mandy Barnett and Tere Meyers. The show is really amazing. It actually seems even better than the last time it was there. You are really missing out if you do not go to see it!

Maxim released their annual hot 100 list this month. While it was shocking that they did not choose Megan Fox as #1 again, there was something more interesting. There was a new addition to the list that was, well, odd. They put Michelle Obama in the list. How odd is that? And no, she is not the hottest first lady ever. Remember Jackie O. ??

Looks like current First Lady Laura Bush has gotten herself a book deal. Scribner is who will be publishing the book. They are an imprint of Simon & Schuster publishing.
The price of the deal has not been leaked to the press yet. So no one knows how much she is making as an advance for the book deal. The estimated the price for Mrs. Bush’s memoir is at $3.5 million to $5 million.
The book is described by Laura Bush to cover “events and people I’ve met in my life, particularly during my years in the White House.”
Don’t get too excited about reading it though. It is not expected to be published until sometime in 2010.

Are you a fan of Tina Fey? I loved her when she was on SNL as a regular. And I loved when she came back to SNL this year playing Sarah Palin. Well, it seems that other people love her too. In fact, the Associated Press has picked Tina Fey as their entertainer of the year for 2008. She was selected by AP members as the performer who had the greatest impact on culture and entertainment in 2008. You can read more on Yahoo.

Did you see the mention of this on Yahoo? Apparently Khloe Kardashian was caught wearing fur. Why is this a big deal? Easy. She apparently has done some stuff with PETA! In fact she is a spokesperson for her. People have been calling her out on blogs all over the web.

Here is some sad news. Seems that Marg Helgenberger and her husband separated after 19 years. You likely know Marg from the hit show CSI. Sad news for Marg and her family. The couple has an 18 year old son together. Best of luck to all of them.

I am not a soap opera fan. And I am not a Days of Our Lives fan. In fact, I have never watched it. But you better believe that I know who Deidre Hall and Drake Hogestyn are. That is why I am shocked that they were fired due to budget cuts.
Supposedly viewership is declining. And TPTB decided that the best way to make those numbers go up is to get younger viewers. And to do that they needed younger actors. I’m afraid this decision just might come back to bite them.

Well, here is some interesting news. It was reported in the media that the women-centric show Lipstick Jungle was canceled. But Brooke Shields says that is not the case. In fact, she says they are still working. And that reports of the set being torn down are false. So, how about that.

Wow, what is it with people that start those internet death hoax things. Seems Miley Cyrus is the latest victim. Only she is not dead. Instead, someone hacked into her YouTube account and posted a video alleging she’d been killed by a drunken driver. Riiiight. What is wrong with people? Seriously!
